During the past 11 years, I have taken contracts with offices that did not have the staff or the finances to handle the paperwork and organization necessary to run the office at the peaks of their seasons. Not only was I responsible for a good portion of the major secretarial work, but also the legal documents, investigative research, filing, telephones, post closing (closing if necessary), accounting and tax filings and tax preparatory work for the accountant.
